  1. The Features/Functionality are organised based on the Object the function is intended to serve. To find a feature quickly, simply ask yourself "Is the function am looking for aimed at Athlete,Club or Province?"-that is where the feature is hiding in the Main Menu.

  3. Never Registerered Account on CGAOnline?
    • Click on Register Option
    • The step above allows you to create username and password
    • The username and password will allow you option to create your ASA Profile
      • Sections
      • Categories and Demographics
      • Personal Details and Identification
      • Contact Details and Addresses
      • Next Of Kin
      • Licence And Club Details
      • Declaration
  4. Licence Renewal (CGA Will Make Pronouncement-most likely the beginning of November)
    • No Need to Create New Profile
    • Login with cellphone number and password
    • Select Option to Renew Licence
    • Review and Update Fields if required
    • Submit Renewal Application
  5. Licence Approval Proccess
    • Applications will be Approved by Clubs
    • Allocate ASA Licence
  6. Duplicated ID Number Error Message
    • This indicates that your profile exists in the system
    • Rather Chose Forgot Password Option
    • The cellphone number used to register will be required
  7. To Change Cellphone number
    • Request CGA or Club Admin to Change/Update Your Cellphone Number
    • Once Done, you will be able to Reset New Password
